Navigating the 3D
In this class, I explore what people often mean when they talk about the “3D” and why it can feel so convincing. The visible world appears immediate, solid, and factual, so it’s easy to assume that what we see right now must define what is possible. But the 3D is not the authority. It is a reflection of previously occupied states of consciousness.
In this session, I break down what the 3D actually represents and why so many people unknowingly give it power. When we treat appearances as final truth, we begin reacting to them emotionally and mentally. Those reactions often pull us deeper into the very state we’re trying to leave behind.
For example, someone might look at their bank account and immediately feel fear or discouragement. The moment the mind says, “Nothing is changing,” the body responds with anxiety, doubt, and frustration. Another person might notice that a partner hasn’t texted back and instantly interpret it as rejection, abandonment, or proof that the relationship isn’t working. In that moment, the 3D appearance creates a chain reaction: worry, overthinking, sadness, and attempts to “fix” the situation.
These reactions feel natural because the 3D appears so real. But reacting to it as though it has authority reinforces the state that produced it in the first place.
In this class, I explain how to begin relating to the 3D differently. Instead of treating it as a verdict, we can recognize it as an echo of prior states. When you understand this, the goal is no longer to control every external detail or monitor the world for signs. The goal becomes remaining anchored in the state you have consciously accepted as true.
We also explore the difference between awareness and reaction. Reaction pulls you into emotional turbulence—panic, anger, discouragement, desperation. Awareness allows you to see what is appearing without surrendering your identity to it.
Navigating the 3D does not mean pretending circumstances don’t exist, and it does not require forcing yourself to feel positive every moment. It means understanding the role appearances play and choosing where your identity rests. When you no longer treat the 3D as the authority over your life, you begin to move through the world with far more stability and clarity.
This class is designed to help you recognize when you are reacting to appearances and how to return to the state you have chosen to embody.
