Navigating Relationships: Conversations with Your Old States in the Form of Seeming Others
This class explores how our interactions with others can often reflect states we have previously lived in. Drawing from Neville Goddard’s teachings and the understanding of non-duality, I explain how the people we encounter can appear as expressions of past assumptions, identities, and emotional patterns that once shaped our experience. Rather than trying to control or change others, the focus of this class is on recognizing when an old state is presenting itself through a conversation or interaction.
Throughout the class, I discuss how to remain grounded in your present identity even when a situation or person seems to pull you back into an outdated version of yourself. I share practical ways to recognize these moments, respond with awareness, and move through relationship dynamics with compassion rather than reaction.
The class also touches on the deeper idea that all people are expressions of the same consciousness. From this perspective, relationship challenges can be seen as opportunities to recognize old assumptions and choose a new way of being.
An addendum to the class also addresses dreams and how they can sometimes appear to present the opposite of our desires. I discuss how dreams can be understood as communication from the subconscious and why they do not need to be given negative meaning. Instead, the focus remains on returning to the state you have chosen and allowing your identity to shape your experience moving forward.
